Upon order confirmation, all non- e tickets will be overnighted via Fed Ex to the card holders billing address. If the billing address is different from the shipping address simply reply to your email order confirmation with the correct shipping address. All fed ex overnight orders will contain a tracking number emailed to the recipient. E-Vouchers will contain the order number and details. E-Vouchers are the equivalent of theme park or tour tickets. To schedule your tour time simply call the number located on your E-Voucher.
All ticket/tour purchases are refundable within 48 hours after order confirmation has been received. If you wish to cancel your purchase simply reply to your confirmation email saying, "cancel my order". You will receive an email immediately confirming your order cancellation.
